The location of this hotel is on the top of the mountain with beautiful scenic views on all Sides. Service of the staff is one of the Best I have experienced over the years. Thanks to Inayat Ali, Asif. An 84 years old man playing local music through out the day was just spiritually connecting .

Amazing location. Staff do their best to entertain every request but I guess sometimes get overwhelmed when the hotel is fully booked around holidays. Executive Lounge was not operational. Should have communicated beforehand. Otherwise, the stay was very comfortable.

The property was good, but as soon as you step out it was terrible. Garbage, annoying beggars that won't leave you alone, it too crowded and if you take the chairlift up, there are tons of people that won't leave you alone trying to make a buck. It got extremely out of hand so we returned back in 5 mins. Also, Property itself was fine, but it is tourist spot and people have just trashed what could be a beautiful place

A great place to stay. The restaurant has good food and the pricing is reasonable. Great breakfast included with your stay. If u are coming to ski then stay here because the other hotels like Serena is an hour drive away.
