The staff, Alif, was extremely helpful re local area and helped us with our forward travel arrangements. Room was nice. Everything was small and compact, but it was all there and functional. The breakfast is not within the hotel but a 5 min walk and is exceptional.

Value Stay Will Stay Again

The hotel looks great and clean. The breakfast is tasty and they’d consistently refill it. The room is condusive for rest as it’s spacious and comfortable. Only two drawbacks I’d say are the Wi-Fi connection and the curtain hooks that were not fixed. But they’re marginal and won’t affect the almost perfect rest I had at this hotel.

Our stay was comfortable and three small repairs needed in the bathroom were done as soon as we reported them. The breakfast is basic Malaysian food, but adequate. The main limitation was that our room had no/very limited internet connectivity.

The lady reception is really helpful. The hotel does not provide baby cot but she go through the extra miles to borrow one for our little one.
