To the Operator of the rental apartment

Cleanliness and responsiveness of the crew are the only plus points which I would like to compliment. However, I was and am still very disappointed with the following; 1. only 1 access card was provided. The access card was being used to access the lift and activate the power to the apartment unit. It is fine if you are there just by yourself. Do reconsider if you are there with your other family members. The electricity will go off seconds after you remove the access card from the slot. It is either you go out altogether or else someone will be left inside the apartment without any electricity. Imagine when this happens at night; i did ask for an additional access card to the apartment, but none was available. My son and i were stranded on the pool level twice ( more than 1.5 hours in total) as we didn't have access card and my wife/daughter didn't show up on time after we were done swimming). *No one would bring their mobile phone and left it unattended while they went swimming. 2. the wifi was virtually non-existent inside the apartment which I stayed; 3. the mobile phone network was weak inside the apartment; it was switching between 3G and E. 4. even the tv reception was bad.....

The place is very clean with spacious bedroom. The living room is very nice. The check in and out process was easy. Our kids love the swimming pool very much but the timing is not perfect as they can’t enjoy it the next day. It close every Tuesday from morning to 2 pm for cleaning purposes. Looking forward to come here again next time.

great place for a small family or couple. not far from main shopping area if driving. has food around the area. can be abit noisy in day time due to high vol of children at the pool area on weekend. bedsheet and towel not washed very clean though

It was a pleasant stay & enjoyed the facilities very much. Would give another priority stay when in Malacca again. The host was very easy to communicate. The place is near to all the recommended food choice, if you want to avoid the hassle in the town area, this is the best choice place to stay & have fun.

A wonderful stay

Overall, it was a great stay. I would recommend this place definitely. Thank you so much to Jennie, she was a huge help. Our only suggestion is to let guests know the rules of building, for example the swimming pool attire rules and the use of the security card which is restricted to only the block where the guest is staying. The room is super-comfortable, furbished with many necessary items, and very clean. Kudos to the managing team.

Nice place for the wekend

Room cleanliness can still be improved. Shower head holder was broken, but there's two shower heads anyway. Can see Encore Melaka and the sea from the unit. Friendly staff helped us for check in and check out. Overall great place to stay.

Swim's attire policy should REMOVED. Your adult pool does not have slide, so swim attire should not applied. Even at the famous water theme park people still can wear jersey, track suit and tudung also guys still can wear shirt to swim or have fun in the park. But at your pool, its very strict, annoying security guard that keep whistling people. Some more, no life guard. Room was nice, clean and comfortable

Building is new thus shops around this area mostly still not in operation. The apartment cleanliness needs improvement in all areas especially the bathroom. Sink is not clean and there are hair on the drainage area. Lack of amenities, only one roll of toilet paper, towels are not clean. The aircon compressor at the back room is very noisy. Very disappointed with my stay.
