The room was amazingly clean.
The online assistant was responsive and helpful.
Luggage staff were friendly, helpful, and kind.
The early check in did not work. The quick check out on the machine did not work because there was a charge that we did not make. It would be good to know that you cannot even move the mini bar items. Precious time was wasted.

The hotel is dated. Has had minimal updates in the rooms.
We chose to upgrade when we arrived so the room was ready - we paid a fee for a “better” room, to check in an hour early and the daily resort fee.
Assuming the suite would be great - we were disappointed with there was no window coverage - being on the strip, and no window coverings made it tough to sleep. I made a comment on the text that virtual asst Lauren sent 5 times a day. She sent me a link I could complain on, and someone would respond in 72 hrs. Considering we’d be leaving, I wasn’t going to waste my time, and the hotel front desk had no solutions or care either about the lack of window coverings.
We love the hotel as a whole, great casino, and location. But rooms were definitely lacking.
