"I booked this hotel because everyone said how clean it was. Hmmm… in my room the bathroom floor hadn’t been scrubbed in several visits because there were urine spots by the toilet and spots on the floor. The desk hadn’t been wiped down - there was a layer of dust on it and the bottom of the chair did as well. The couch was very stained, we always get two beds because my husband tosses and turns, one bedspread had a bunch of dog hair on it. We do not have a pet and I did not want to sleep on that bed😔. Yes, I am picky…
On the good side, it was lovely to open the window and hear 25 varieties of birds according to my Merlin app. That made up for the room not being as clean as it should have been. Will I stay here again? yes, if I get a room on the odd numbered side so I could hear the birds again.👍"
