"A huge thank you to the Owner/Manager, who was exceptionally helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. We were very grateful to be offered an early check-in and late check-out, which made a world of difference. My father had just turned 90 and had undergone surgery, and we were travelling down from Auckland. The flexibility with our check-in and check-out times made visiting him during hospital visiting hours so much easier and way less stressful. We stayed in the Deluxe One-Bedroom, which was excellent, and the continental breakfast was great value for money. The location was also fantastic, just a 3–4 minute walk from Waikato Hospital. We were extremely impressed with the accommodation, amenities and, above all, the outstanding service from all the staff. We would highly recommend Argent Motor Lodge to anyone looking for comfortable, convenient accommodation, particularly if visiting loved ones in Waikato Hospital. Thank you again Job very well done :)"
