Booked a room with Kabaa view, but could only see minarats. stayed 2 nights and had no lights in our room apart from in the bathroom. So we checked out on our last night in the evening and went to another hotel. Feel bad for writing this because it was apart of our Umrah, but hopefully they can use ...

Jabal Omar Marriott Hotel, Makkah
Brakfast is so good, lots of varieties, staff are super polite, kind and helpful. Room was clean, spacious with a nice view to The haram. Shuttle bus runs back and forth to the haram.
