This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms home is located in a lovely and quiet community. Close to shops, restaurants, just minutes away from Winter Park. Great for Disney vacations, corporate housing, holidays, UCF, Full Sail University, Rolling College (graduations or events) or just to relax in sunny Florida.
While in Florida this is your lovely home to wind down after a long day. The formal living and dining room greets you as you walk into the front door, which is great for formal entertaining. Family room and kitchen combo is just perfect for the chef of the home. While cooking you are still able to be a part of the action. Breakfast bar is perfect for those quick meals. Master bedroom with King Size bed set, En-suite Bathroom, walk-in closet & sliding glass door that opens into the porch area. Excellent home near Orlando

This is our 2nd time staying in this lovely home. It is well maintained and a fabulous location, close to great shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and charming.

Great stay

Wonderful location! Worked great as a home base while we watched our Rollins athlete compete. Easy drive to campus with Publix and restaurants also close. Liz was great with communication, too. Would stay here again.

Nice and clean. Fenced yard for your dog. Close to Winter Park and Wekiva. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of good restaurants in the area if you are looking to order out. Would do this again. Thank you!

Quiet & Clean

This property was well suited for us to visit for a graduation ceremony. We loved having the large table & chairs. The beds were very comfortalble. Plenty of linens & soft sheets. It was very clean and centrally located near many different things in Winter Park, Oviedo, Maitland, & Orlando. The owners were accommodating ensuring there were plenty of supplies and well stocked. We enjoyed that we were able to bring our dog with us and he loved taking long walks in the neighborhood. Thank you!

Two night stay.

Our family stayed here for our son’s UCF graduation and it was a perfect place for us. Being able to bring our dog was wonderful, and she enjoyed the fenced back yard. The neighborhood was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and there was enough room for everyone. We would stay here again.

Comfortable, Quiet, Private

Our family of six adults needed lodging for three nights. We were in the Orlando area to celebrate the holidays with another family member. The home was spotless and well equipped. The yard was securely fenced for our dog. The location was perfect. Restaurants were nearby. While we had no plans to visit the Parks, we noted that they were not far, if we had decided to do so. I highly recommend this location.

Check-in process was seamless and timely. Accommodations suited everyone's needs. Plenty of room to gather and enjoy each other's company. Outside Patio was a favorite place. Location was extremely coinvent to all our events.

The house was just as represented in listing. Clean and inviting. Comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. Great neighborhood with easy access to Winter Park. The fenced yard was great for dogs. Perfect house for a family!

The house is laid out great. The family room is away from the bedrooms, so the babies couldn’t hear us when they went down for naps or the night. The master is well insulated! We did not hear the kids in the morning.

This house is in a GREAT location! So close to all the good things. We stayed for our daughter's graduation from Full Sail University, and it was an overall good place. Plenty of room for all 6 of us to spread out, and it felt like we could all have our own space. The owner is very nice as well.
