For such an expensive hotel I found the service at reception very underwhelming. The lighting in the room, especially bathroom for doing makeup etc was terrible. The shower was also horrible."

"The hotel was a perfect choice for my car loving and footballer son. The pictures on the website does not do it justice. The hotel is a car museum and showroom which was a brilliant excellent suprise for my son. The stadium was close by and travelling to and fro the hotel was easy, trains are a short walking distance from the hotel. From reception to restaurant staff, they were all friendly. Quite peaceful stay. "

The bar at the 5th floor is great, over the weekend it is full and there is great music. "Nice modern hotel with friendly staff very cknvenient for airport. Only problem is that it is a bit hard to find. The signposts are ok but then fizzle out. I ended up in an underground car park and had to ask a worker there fof help. He showed me to a sort of hidden door jn the car park, which led to a lift, which led to the hotel"
