"Hotel was simple but nice. Hotels.com said that check in was 2pm, when we got to the hotel they said that check in was 3pm. 3pm is fine, but they should be clear about details on the hotels.com site. Not to close to the center of Milan, but the tram was close by and easy to get to the center."

I ended up having to walk in pitch black to the hotel about 20 minutes. That was the only issue I had everything else was great."
