Our accommodation was spacious and well appointed. The head chef made us delicious custom meals and their buffet offerings are extensive and superb. Maintenance and service was impeccable. "Wonderfully built with lots of spaces to relax and chill.Pool,backwaters and beach are accessible and lots of activities are offered.They have a great spa and fitness centre but hardly anyone was using it.Evening tea by the poolside was very well laid out and plentiful.Food was good with plenty of choices.Very plush villa we stayed in which had a plunge pool and swing and indoor and outdoor showers.Our only issue was that they really discourage swimming in the sea which we were looking forward to and thought we could have."

"This property owner told that he will not give the room even though it was confirmed via expedia. He said i don't care if its booked via Expedia. He forced me to pay the full amount 2 days before the booking and only then he told its confirmed. Area behind the hotel is scary with worst crowd"
