HOUSE 756 MAINZ: Families, Groups & Business – 4 BR, 2 Baths+WC, Sauna, Parking

HOUSE 756 MAINZ is a self-contained holiday home for your group's sole use in Mainz-Hechtsheim: approximately 110 m² for up to 8 guests plus 2 babies. Families, multigenerational groups, friends, couples and quiet work teams can share meals and time together, with four separate bedrooms for privacy. Three or four business travellers can each have their own bedroom. There are two bathrooms and an additional separate toilet. All bedrooms are upstairs, reached by a steep internal staircase.

SLEEPING: Four separate, lockable bedrooms with box-spring beds and 29 cm visco mattresses: bedroom 1 has a 180 × 200 cm bed, bedroom 2 a 140 × 200 cm bed, and bedrooms 3 and 4 a 160 × 200 cm bed each. At full occupancy, two guests share each double bed. Every bedroom has a 43-inch Smart TV, electric shutters, an insect screen and a fan. Bed linen and hand and bath towels are included.

BATHROOMS & INFRARED SAUNA: Two bathrooms with windows and walk-in thermostatic showers, plus a separate upstairs toilet. The ground-floor bathroom contains the private infrared sauna, available at no extra charge. Bathrobes and disposable slippers are provided as a starter supply. All toilets have handheld bidet sprays.

SHARED SPACE: Open-plan living and dining area with an extendable table for up to 8, a 55-inch Smart TV and a working electric fireplace. Additional chairs are stored in the adjoining room. The approximately 21 m² terrace has an outdoor kitchen with a sink, lighting and an electric Tefal OptiGrill+ XL.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY: Fully equipped kitchen with an 80 cm induction hob, pyrolytic oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave and Krups bean-to-cup coffee machine. Cooking and baking equipment, starter supplies of coffee and tea and essential kitchen consumables are provided, along with basic food for a first meal. A washing machine and separate dryer are free to use. Extra cleaning or a linen change during your stay can be arranged on request for an additional charge; regular interim housekeeping is not included.

FAMILIES: Two travel cots with mattresses, a changing mat and mosquito net, one high chair and a second by arrangement, a travel stroller, children's tableware, toys and stair gates are provided free of charge. Please bring your own cot bedding.

WORK & ARRIVAL: Two separate bedrooms have workspaces. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on the terrace. Business invoices can be issued once full billing details are supplied. Access is keyless in two steps: the gate code opens the courtyard gate, then your personal Nuki code opens the front door. Regular check-in is from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am; earlier arrival or later departure is possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

LOCATION & PARKING: You have our permission to park one car free of charge directly in front of our own courtyard gate. Please park centrally in the area shown in your arrival guide. For additional cars, use public parking according to local signs and availability. The tram is approximately 220 m away, a grocery shop 280 m and a bakery 300 m. Mainz Cathedral/Market Square is approximately 5.1 km away, Frankfurt Airport 27.8 km and Frankfurt Trade Fair 38.3 km; journey times depend on traffic.

GOOD TO KNOW: There are two steps at the entrance. All bedrooms are upstairs; the steep internal staircase has a fixed handrail and stair gates. Parties are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the house and allowed outside in the courtyard. Up to two dogs are welcome free of charge by prior arrangement. A sound-level monitoring device is in operation in the ground-floor corridor. No rental bicycles are provided; secure bicycle storage and an e-bike charging option are available.
