Tired motel off the n154 on the usual Industrial Estate next to McDonald's drive in . Won't be using this chain again .

Chambre très confortable

C'est la 2ème fois que nous y allons, c'est pour dire que nous avons apprécié la 1ère fois la qualité de la chambre. De plus, la jeune fille à l'accueil a été vraiment sympathique.

Manque de propreté

Hôtel (ou plutôt motel) qui ne vous conviendra que pour 1 nuit avant de comprendre tout ce qui tourne autour.. Chambre d'une bonne taille mais très sale: - moquette tachée, poussières partout, cintres poussiéreux, traces de brulures de mégots de cigarettes sur le bureau, sur le linot de la salle de bain... - petit cafard se baladant sur le bureau - oreillers tachés, couette tachés... Petit dej hors de prix : descendu vers 7h50, il ne restait plus que 1 croissant et 1 pains chocolats... très très peu de choix Bref, à éviter si d'autres choix se présentent. Dans le cas contraire, prenez votre mal en patience.

Rapport qualité prix correct. Lors de la réservation précisez les horaires d'accueil, car à quelques minutes près il n'y avait personne (sommes arrivés à 19h05). Dommage que vous changiez les serviettes de bain tous les jours, avons dormi 2 nuits et avons fait ce que vous suggérez, à savoir laisser la serviette accrochée pour ne pas la mettre à laver...mais vous l'avez quand même changée. j'en ai parlé au personnel : "on le sait mais on les change de toute façon"!! -> économies et protection de la planète pensez-y.

Das Hotel war nur für eine bzw. zwei Zwischenübernachtungen gebucht. Dafür war es einwandfrei geeignet und ich würde es jederzeit wieder dafür buchen.

Another budget hotel - yawn!

I had been wanting to stay at this hotel for many years, but my travel plans hadn't allowed it until now. The room was a decent size and the bed a comfortable one. In terms of the accommodation the toilet and shower room were separate (a good thing) but each of them too small to be comfortably used. It's about time for a budget hotel chain to add 10% to the room sizes, and then reap the rewards with the loyalty that they garner. Breakfast was disappointing as they had no electricity - which meant that there was no toast or hot drinks. A typical continental breakfast is light enough without these added complications. So overall quite a disappointing stay

Good position close to our route to England

Receptionist, surly, didn't offer us the receipt, had to ask the following day, different girl, very nIce. No remote for the TV suggested we should use the knobs at the back of TV, we asked if they could get one from another room, but said NO! No shower gel in dispenser. Towels like bits of rag. One good point, the beds were very comfortable, but only one pillow each. We had three overnight stops en route, this one was the worst and also most expensive. Will not be going there again.

Really needs sorting

The worst hotel experience ever, to start with the address is wrong, I spent an hour trying to find it after a nine hour drive eventually paying a taxi driver 20 euros to drive to it so that we could follow him. when we found the hotel there was no bar or restaurant and the front doors were locked, the intercom only connected to a French speaking autobot, the phone number only went to a French speaking answer phone, the auto reservation/ key delivery refused to recognise my booking ref or my card details. Eventually someone turned up with a scrap of paper that had my name on it and entered some details (that I did not have) to gain a key to a room, on entering the room my colleague sat on the bed and it collapsed so we had to repair it, I got into the shower without my soap because there was a wall mounted soap dispenser only to get straight back out to fetch my soap as it was empty, on placing my towel on the rail it came away from the wall because it was fixed with standard rawlplugs instead of specialist plaster board fixings, we also repaired that. The meal we had looked forward to all day in the restaurant so prevalent in the hotels advertising was replaced by a burger from the fast food establishment next door. We had to leave very early to reach the ferry so were unable to report any of this (assuming someone was there). As I said the absolute worst experience ever.

Il fut court : une nuit en revenant d'un mariage très tard dans la nuit Propreté : très bien confort : aussi Il serait bon de pouvoir venir reconnaître les lieux dés 14 heures, car nous avons dû interrompre notre réunion familiale pour venir reconnaître les lieux afin de ne pas être perdu dans la nuit en revenant du mariage. D'autre part, pour se changer, cela aurait été bien aussi d'avoir notre chambre pour le faire, au lieu de le faire dans notre voiture et sous la pluie...

Adequate but pretty basic - Convenient location

I booked the hotel for an overnight stay for my return home to England from the South of France. Although the room was clean, it was very basic and small. It was more a box than a room. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. However, the room was clean. I would have appreciated a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. The shower was small. Although well priced things could be improved. I would rather pay a bit more for a more pleasant experience.

Good location for overnight stop

This Hotel was a good location for an overnight stop for us on our way south to Cahor. It was easy to find using the long and lat co-ordinates which I find must more useful than postcodes in France. The room we had was a good size, but unfortunately our window was opposite the drive - through MacDonalds (o the other side of the road) and was quite noisy until late. Unfortunately the room carpet was not clean, with dust evident around the edges and I even found a cigarette butt in a corner! To be fair the bed was comfortable and clean.
