"One mattress was wet with urine even though the top sheet and cover were dry like someone made the bed up…. There was a strong smell of mist and marijuana and urine…. The soap/body wash sample was empty and the others were open and used. Security??? The carded doors were dictated open(NO SECURITY) I was extremely disappointed and I had made this reservation in February to make my time run smoother down there. I was put out and had to spend double the money to find a place that night because this site was full…. I was told there was nothing that could be done! I had to contact Expedia to get a refund . Not happy! This place needs revamping/ cleaning/ security/ and attention to CUSTOMER NEEDS AND SERVICE!!!"

"Was charged $100 more going through this website, which took me through Expedia, I had no idea! The bathtub had mortar all over it. The front desk guy came and haphazardly wiped it out. Apparently they were working on updating. Room didn’t get cleaned. more in the bathroom. Hotel doesn't have a amenities. "

"Found out they didn’t do shuttle to Tampa only to St Pete after searching for hotels with shuttle service for our flight. Got there at 9 pm on Friday during busy season and hotel bar closed at 9 every though there were people in the bar. Workout facility had an empty water jug. Went for coffee at 9am and it was empty. Overall seemed more about running with a lean staff than making sure our stay was good. "

"For a premium quality and price hotel brand I was extremely disappointed. The lobby and breakfast area was excellent but that is where the excellence stops. Upstairs (2nd) floor the hallways smelled like funky mold. In the room the smell wasn't as bad as the hallway but it did still linger. The room cleanliness seemed ok. The main reason for the low review was there was NO HOT WATER. It was extremely cold shower. Before anyone else could shower, I called the desk. They apologized and there solution was to wait about 15 minutes and try again. It didn't work all night, or at least till we went to bed. We weren't offered any kind of compensation or room change and other guests that i talked to expressed the same issue."

"Was very pleased staying at this property. For a budget hotel, it was clean, the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was good. It is conveniently located between st. Pete, Clearwater and Tampa. "
