"Tried to get towels so me my wife and two teens could shower since we only had two,and the guy tells me it will have to wait because he has yet to be able to order his dinner or eat it so it will be a wile before I can get them so he will deliver them which never happened,had to buy our own.... And crackheads outside.."

"Staff was nice just overwhelmed with one person at desk and a line of people. Breakfast was lacking. Waffles and cereal but no meats. Old hotel that said it was just renovated but just painted over old issues. Old bedspread and furniture. Little scary on backside of hotel. Good is there is a waffle house on the corner and hotel is right off of 275. Would not recommend"

"The staff was amazing!! The site manager, front desk workers, housekeeping and breakfast cooks were all very nice and welcoming. Kendall and Devin were very helpful and always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, checked how we were doing and offering suggestions around the area for things to do and dining options. They helped us get an early check in and it was so much appreciated for an early morning travel day. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean, beds are comfy and breakfast is as fresh with different hot options as well as bakery options daily."
