It is the first floor and the other unit was above and tenant wasn’t there until end but when arrived at night was noticeably. Could use another fry pan but we are a cooking group and not always restaurant people. 3 nights in early March. Was a great stay would definitely stay again. "

"Excellent location, walkable to the charming downtown of Brunswick, Maine. The owner was helpful and responsive during communications. Entry instructions were accurate and wifi worked well, although there were no other instructions about the apartment (e.g., trash, dishes, etc.). The apartment is one of several in an older building, which means an unusual layout for 3BR & 1.5bath. Some small additions such as kleenex, aluminum foil, saran wrap, laundry soap, basic spices beyond salt and pepper, etc. would go a long way to making this more hospitable. "

"This was a perfect little place for the weekend. Quiet yet walkable to downtown, I loved this rental. It was the weekend of my father's celebration of life and this was a perfect place to unwind and relax leading up to, and after, the celebration. The couple upstairs have a beautiful black dog, too!"
