"The front desk person never gave us any information. When we got to our room, their was no information about the shuttles or menus to order out. We had to go to the front desk to find out about shuttle to airport,food etc. We are handicapped so it made it hard to walk from 144 to the front desk. Morning front desk was so nice to me and helped me to clear off my car which I was so thankful for. I suffer from nerve pain and she was so helpful to me. "

The hot tub was just that a hot tub ..jets were not working. The pool was milky looking and dirty! I always strip down the beds before I leave. Took off pillow case and there was blood on the pillow! .. Gross"
