"Rooms are very nice, comfortable beds, and very clean. Staff was very friendly and responsive. It is located ON the college campus. We were there while school was not in session so it was not terribly busy but I would think it could be busy if the school is in. "

"Older hotel but nicely fixed up. Cute Maine theme in the decor. Comfy beds. Decent breakfast with several options. The curtains were thin and the early morning sun came right in our room. Staff were less than friendly, but we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again if in the area. "
