There was none available and the staff member who seemed to be in charge served two people coffee then turned to the three of us who were waiting and in a rather snippy tone told us that she wasn’t open yet, turned her back on us and proceeded to do paperwork. I left after a few minutes."

"Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt, waffles, hot & cold cereal. The only problem was check-out, I inf ormed housekeeping at 9am that I was leaving at 11am (checkout time). Without knocking, housekeeping keyed the door open at 10am., Luckily I had finished my shower and was dressed. "
