Poor quality and shabby in comparison to previous visits to the same hotel . The bed was particularly uncomfortable and the pillows thin .
We are reluctant to return on our next Bristol visit at the end of next month . Meeting family in the reception area we were particularly embarrassed. Very shabby .

The hotel was ok in general, however my room at the back of the hotel wasn’t well cleaned. It had an outside door, and dirty boots had left bits on the carpet. My room had no towels and no toilet paper. You’d almost think they’d forgotten to service it. The staff addressed the issues promptly when asked. The hotel served my purposes, but wasn’t great.

A charming hotel that is centrally located. A good variety of food products at breakfast. The service from the waiting team is fantastic. We stayed in the Executive King room. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a lovely shower and had good quality towels.
People on the Reception desk were very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage with them before we departed.
Self check in and check out was easy and straightforward.
Would return to the Clayton Hotel.

I've book a standard room with window. Room is clean. Air con functioning very well. Staff are nice and helpful. Very happy with the experience here. Only thing is hotel can consider upgrade the pillow with more firmer one. Didn't sleep very well only becauae of this.
