Approaching road is narrow, but no problem to visit by big motorcycle. There is beautiful water fall before arriving. Hotel is still new and beautiful. Flowers in the garden were also good.

Hotel has great, clean rooms. It’s in an isolated area, so if you don’t want to go on a tour and stay at the hotel you’re dependent on the available facilities. The pool is great, but not heated. There are comfortable beds next to the pool but no staff at the poolbar and no services for eg food and drinka. All together makes it a boring experience

Almost a nice place to stay...

The staff was extremely friendly, BUT this place has a long way to go. We were here on a work trip and had some challenges during our stay. PROS: -Pretty location -Beautiful Rooms and Buildings CONS: -Expensive food (expect to pay 4-5x more than average) Even for a hotel -Food quality was hit or miss. We found a used bandage in our noodles one night....GROSS!! -Bring snacks, there are no shops nearby - just (very friendly) homestays -Not much in the area within walking distance. And no motorbikes for rent. You are essentially trapped if you were dropped off. -Roaches crawling on me at night -- Mosquito nets would have been nice -Lots of locals camping right outside the grounds, you couldn't go for a walk to the lake without walking through their tent city -Check out process took well over 30 minutes. We missed our ferry in Haifong as a result. -They took our passports during check in (never had this happen in VN) and wouldn't give them back until check out. This made us feel a little trapped. -Apparently this hotel is still under construction. Prepare for lots of loud power tool sounds. -Lots of loud music coming from the pool area late at night (we were there during a holiday). This made it tough to sleep - especially since it was the same song on repeat! I work in Vietnam every year and have stayed at many hotels throughout the country. These guys have a very long way to go.

Das Personal war unglaublich nett und hat wirklich alles mögliche getan, um eine schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Es gibt ein Frühstücksbuffet, und zum Mittag- und Abendessen kann man im Restaurant a la carte bestellen. Das Bungalow Nummer 119 ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Dazu gibt es verschieden Aktivitäten, die man buchen kann: Kajak fahren, Bootsfahrt, Spa. Dazu kann ma Fahrräder ausleihen oder sich mit dem Taxi fahren lassen.

수영장은 오후 7시에 끝나서 밤이 너무 어두워 한없이 지루 할수도 있음. 아침이면 벌레전쟁은 숲속이라 그런듯하다. 식당 모든곳에는 에어컨이 없다. 아침 조식은 베트남식이라고 생각하면 된다. 가격에 비해 만족도는 낮음.

This hotel is situated away from City. The only restaurant is at hotel food is Ok. A little pricey for food & drinks. Breakfast buffet is good with a lot of variety. Has a beautiful infinity pool overlooking Lake. Not a lot to do at hotel just relax. They have free bicycles but too many hills to enjoy the ride. Hotels is situated on hillside making it difficult to walk. I would recommend staying a few days and send moving on.
