We appreciated the free airport pickup. Decent size room with a comfortable bed. AC was good and strong. Breakfast buffet had plenty of items (including gluten free items) but not a lot of protein. They charge us the baby crib, never clean our room, never change our towel or sheets, think we are thief and made us count all the kitchen utensils before checking in. We felt insulted.
