I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact. So I paid the amount. The room was In pathetic condition. Air conditioning was not working properly and the food which I ordered through get an hour to get delivered. "We stayed at the property during our transit through Cochin. Hotel is close to the airport (5 mins drive) and the hotel offers complimentary pick up and drop off service from the airport. This was really convenient for us as we had an international flight to catch and a few checkin bags to transport. Got an early check-in upon request. Restaurant (MoMo cafe) was nice with friendly staff. Overall top class hotel, worth the price. We'll stay again at this property and highly recommend!"
"The entire process from check in to check out was made in a courteous and professional manner. Clean and comfortable bed, the facilities were user friendly and easy access to the airport.The highlight was the scrumptious buffet breakfast . We would definitely recommend this hotel and revisit when we are here. The only drawback is that no complimentary shuttle service from the airport . Transport is provided on request with a fee and I had to contact them twice to confirm details."
