Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Not worth the money at all
Overall the stay was not so good. First I will start with the good things about the hotel :
1) Check in & Check out was really smooth, I appreciate the hotel staff for the same.
2) Complimentary breakfast was good, they had good variety.
Now The issues which I faced in the hotel :
1) There was a typical smell in the room once we opened the door.
2) No hot water provided. I had to followup for 2 hours in the morning for hot water and the staff kept on saying "please wait for 5 mins" till 2 hours. Later after 2 hours a guy came with a bucket of hot water. I mean if there is no facility of running hot water then please do not promise it. There is no point in keeping a customer waiting by giving false promise. I would have lived with the hot water bucket from the start itself, at least my 2 hours would not have been wasted.
3) Room was clean but had signs of water leakage on the walls. Seems that the maintenance was not done properly.
4) Restaurant had very limited option for vegetarians.
The hotel (not a resort at all) is not worth the money they charge.
Also there is no view from the rooms so think twice before making a booking.
