The view across the creek to the Cowboys Stadium was great. The floor plan worked well for our needs - car park and checkin was awesome - but there were some things which could’ve been better.
Information about local facilities and things to do would’ve been appreciated. Also, maybe some security advice.
The place also could have benefited from more soft furnishings to dampen the echo which was very hard to deal with.
The TV was awful - too small and terrible sound.
The beds were clean, but too soft.
Taps kept falling off, missing drain coverings in sinks, and one floor wastes was loose in one of the showers.
One blind was also not attached, so we couldn’t close up at night properly.
More utensils, crockery and kitchen equipment to make it more self sufficient would have helped.
The sauna also didn't work.
The locations was okay… not really near anything,

I have used the Holburn previously many times over the past 10 years.
That is why I booked there this trip.
I was really disappointed.
The property is now very tired looking and in need of a complete refurbishment.
My apartment had many cockroaches running around the unit so I had no choice but to put all food etc in the fridge at all times. Thank goodness there were cafes and eateries nearby.
The reception staff seemed to keep strange irregular hours, so connecting with them was difficult.
Also, read their cancellation policy. They do not refund.
Overall, I would not stay there again as it wasn't a pleasant stay.
