Prestigious villa with swimming pool in Magliaso (Villa la Pergola)

If you wish to visit Ticino, its numerous tourist locations and natural beauties, you will find in VILLA LA PERGOLA your oasis of peace and relaxation, in a perfect location to travel throughout the region.

 

Inside, guests are welcomed into a spacious living area, illuminated by sunshine entering through the large arched window, furnished with a sofa and armchairs for chatting with friends or reading a book, also chosen from the large bookcase. You can study or work at the desk.

The kitchen is modern, complete and equipped with everything you need to cook like at home. The large dining table can seat up to 8 people. There is also a bright veranda with large windows and a table for 4 people, perfect for feeling immersed in nature even in winter. 

A large bathroom with bathtub completes this floor.

Going up the stairs you enter the sleeping area. In the hall between the rooms, there is a nice desk well lit by natural light. There are four bedrooms: three double bedrooms and one bedroom with a French bed. On this floor there are two more bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. On this level there is also a terrace overlooking the garden, by which the villa is surrounded.

The garden has a well-kept green lawn, flowering bushes and trees to enjoy the cool shade of during the warm season. You can have lunch or dinner outside at various tables with chairs at your disposal, enjoying a barbecue prepared with the barbecue grill available for guests. There is a magnificent outdoor swimming pool available to guests from May to September, also equipped with deckchairs for sunbathing in the summer, or for enjoying the mild Ticino climate year-round.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



Guests have 3 uncovered parking spaces within the villa area.



Check-in and Check-out: 

Check-in is from 3pm to 8pm. Check-out is from 8am to 10am. 

We kindly ask you to notify us about your exact time of arrival at latest 24 hours ahead of your arrival. A member of our staff will wait for you at the property at the time you communicate to us, and will show you where to park, how to enter the apartment and give you other useful information.

For check-out, please notify us approximately 24 hours ahead of your departure time: a member of our staff will meet you at the property to check the apartment and say goodbye.

Late check-in after 20:00 and early check-out before 8:00 is possible on request at an extra cost: ask the Quokka Team for availability and cost.



PLEASE NOTE: The property requires a payment of DEPOSIT. The deposit payment has to be settled during the ONLINE CHECK-IN by credit card. Once the apartment is checked after your departure and found to be in good condition, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card used for payment in 5-7 business days following your check-out.

The villa is well served and perfect as an accommodation for visiting all of Ticino. Restaurants, stores, train station and supermarkets are within 500 meters from the house. Lake Lugano and the Lido di Magliaso are is only a 7-minute walk away, while for enthusiasts the Lugano Golf Club is about a 3-minute drive away. Visit nearby Caslano, with its pretty village, lakeside promenade and the Alprose Chocolate Factory Museum. The center of Lugano is a 15-minute drive away.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: you will arrive at the villa in 15 minutes.

By train, from Lugano station take the S60 train towards Ponte Tresa for 8 stops and get off at the \"Magliaso, Paese\" stop. Walk about 4 minutes to reach the villa.
