Very nice room and great spot but no staff so if you don’t have the code to get into the building and room it’s a lot of work to get in.

Okay stay, room is nice but not quite functional. Not much space in bathroom to store toiletries and not many outlets.

Great hotel easy to reach and quiet.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. Hotel is cute and funky. Good location close to shopping,local transport and sights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nathan, at the reception desk, was a standout. He was always open to talking and providing lots of information and suggestions for pubs and restaurants. He could give you directions to anywhere in the city by using local landmarks and signs (rather than the confusing street names that seem to change from block to block) - better than GoogleMaps!

Disappointed in checkout staff. Never asked how our stay was. When I mentioned the vanity light was still out, she abruptly said did you report it? In morning or afternoon? Also never got fan I asked for. After checkout she asked if I wanted a receipt. I replied yes and was told she would email it. After sitting in the lobby a bit, I ask to verify the email as I hadn’t received it. She abruptly said it could take 30 min. I never received the receipt.
