Cozy 2-bedroom house with AC in charming Maggie Valley

Find your mountain escape at this charming Maggie Valley cottage! With vaulted beam ceilings, a cozy stone accent wall, and luxury vinyl plank floors throughout, this 2BR home feels like a warm hug after a day on the trails.
The space --
The living room has high vaulted ceilings with dark exposed beams, a stone accent
wall, and big windows that bring the outside in. The kitchen
has butcher-block counters, a farmhouse sink, and everything you need to cook —
Both bedrooms are comfortable and private with their own AC for sleeping — the
living area has window AC, a ceiling fan, and the mountain elevation, and tree
shade keep it comfortable most days. The bathroom is shared between the two
rooms (there's also a half-bath so nobody has to wait).

There's a washer and dryer in the house, and the covered front porch has seating
where you'll probably end up spending half your trip — and we mean that as a
compliment to the porch.The outdoor fireplace is where mornings and evenings begin.
Other details--We’ve added GPS instructions in the arrival guide. Please note the driveway is a bit steep.
It is accessible by standard passenger vehicles in normal conditions, but guests arriving on motorcycles should be experienced riding on steep mountain driveways. New or inexperienced drivers/riders may find the driveway challenging. We recommend that only confident, experienced riders book if arriving by motorcycle.
Make sure to follow all road signage — there are many private driveways and one-way roads in the neighborhood. The final approach is one-way road, so the easiest is to back into the driveway.
Hot water: Takes a little time to reheat between showers. Please wait 20 minutes and avoid using hot water in the kitchen while someone is showering.
AC: Bedrooms, living area (wall units).
Heating: Baseboard heaters in different places (dial on unit). Wood stove is decorative only.
Pets: We are pet-friendly. If your pets will be on any furniture, please use the provided pet blanket. Kindly wash them before checkout and place them back where you found them.
This helps us keep everything clean and comfortable for all guests. If furniture or beds are not found in satisfactory condition, an additional $75 fee will be charged
