"Let me start by explaining that we had a totally different expectation of this lodging. We knew they were apartments but thought there was at least a lobby or front desk. Ended up arriving to a stand alone apartment building, with different entrances after the main door. Then having to go upstairs walking with all the luggage because the elevator is super tiny we wouldn’t fit. Then upon arrival, the apartment wasn’t ready for five guests.
