"We had a very slow check-in which was exasperated by the excessive heatwave! However, the hotel team were very good and gave us a gift and an apology for the trouble. It's often how the problem is addressed rather than the problem itself, so I congratulate them for that. Nice coffee cafitiere in the room, steamer and good tea."

"We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and we must say, we particularly enjoyed this stay. The hotel has made a few tweaks and changes to enhance the overall experience. They now have wine tasting at 6pm, the pool area now has the option to enjoy snacks and largest bites by the pool and the in room mini bar is now complementary. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly."

"Great hotel! Really well positioned for the Congress Centre and the city. A short walk along pleasant paths and over the bridge took less than 5 minutes. The breakfast selection was excellent and the views of the cathedral were an added bonus! The hotel gym was great. A good variety of cardio and weight options and always quiet when I was there. My room was fabulous. The kitchenette included a microwave, full size fridge and sink which were very useful. The bed was very comfortable. I travelled alone for business as a single female and felt that this hotel was a really good choice."
