"Arrived at 5:30AM (I was meant to be there the night before but missed the train) the gate was closed so my taxi driver phoned and they got out of bed to see to me (was suppose to be24 hour reception) I got shown to my room and didn’t get to know where anything was like where the restaurant was or anything.
