everything was as shown on the website, which is rare. the place was immaculate and the staff could not have been better. so friendly and helpful even though i could not speak any Thai. it was great. if i come back to Phayao i will definately stay there.

For the price the hotel was good. I had a room on the top floor with a view of the lake. The bathroom was clean, but as usual, Asian style with no barrier between the shower and toilet.
