There was no airport shuttle bus in my flight time which I asked them and then they told me before my arrival...there is also no shuttle bus to the down town, you need to take taxi for a long way, it takes about 45 to town...the staffs are nice and the spa was good...

Not a smooth stay

There was a surbooking on the room we booked, so when we arrived they gave us a room that didn't fit the description. When we asked, they tried to downgrade us by showing us a standard room (we actually paid extra to have a balcony) so when we told the staff, they finally upgrade us to the suite which was nice but having to complain wasn't... And there has been a mess up at the restaurant when we tried to pay by card. To make things short, we've been charged twice for our dinner, once by card, once by cash... The restaurant's manager did his best the next morning to see what's going on with the banks... took hours... And breakfast wasn't bad but kind of poor... Inexperienced staff but very friendly.

Schöne Hotelanlage aber...

In der Wohneinheit des Hotels wo wir waren, war es Nachts oder frühen Morgen zu laut von asiatischen Hotelgästen. Und zwar in allen Zimmern um uns herum. Die Räume sind zu hellhörig!
