"I gave it "OK" rankings because your survey does not allow for "don't know". The hotel is not open. It is closed. There is no one there. I had to find another hotel at the the drop of a hat. Not sure how I was able to book a hotel that is not open. I think this is on Expedia and not the hotel. "

"The staff is fluent in English, Thai, and Burmese. They're very helpful and courteous. The area is quite close to neighborhood cafes and teashops for dining. Onsite restaurant offers a good choice of fruit juices, hot drinks, and meals. For some reason, during my stay, I couldn't get hot water from the tap or in the shower -- it's not a big deal since it's in a hot region and a cool shower is preferable, but in case you must have your warm or hot shower, keep that in mind. "
