Hotel was in a quiet area but I think they were doing some renovations as there was a lot of hammering ...

everything was as shown on the website, which is rare. the place was immaculate and the staff could not have been better. so friendly and helpful even though i could not speak any Thai. it was great. if i come back to Phayao i will definately stay there.
