The Pai Island Resort (333 Mu 1 Tambon Vieng-Tai) and the Reverie Siam Resort (476 Moo 8, Vieng Tai) are two of the higher-ranking choices in Mae Hi. Book a room at either and you're sure to have some of the nicest amenities in town. The Baan Katisod (171, Moo 5, T. Maehee) and the Huan Saran Guesthouse (117 Moo 3, Chaisongcram Rd) have good guest ratings if you'd like something more economical.
If you're arriving by plane, it's most likely that you'll be starting your adventure at Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX). Once you've retrieved your luggage from the carousel and exited the terminal, the main streets of Mae Hi will be 50 miles (80 km) away.

Second time staying here. It’s a cozy and fun place on the river and a quick walk to the walking street. It’s simple so if you are expecting the Four Seasons, this will not be for you.
