"Really superb shiny new five star hotel just outside city. Bed so comfortable and all linen and fittings brand new. Great sleep. Very quiet. Superb breakfast both days. Highly recommend breakfast buffet. Nice lounge for Executive room booking but as of now no alcohol licence yet, so bar also closed. No bars nearby. Only downside is location, around 8kms from temple. Some confusion with hotels.com listing as it claims ‘walking distance to temple’. Even though that’s the reason I booked it, for...

"I stayed at Amika many times and I have always enjoyed my stay there. The staff are very friendly and helpful and Chef Muthu made our dining experience (both breakfast and dinner) enjoyable. The rooms are large and comfy. As the hotel is very close to Madurai airport, it’s very convenient. "
