Expedia has goofed up in blocking non AC rooms while booking though clearly mentioned as A/C roomsWhen I called the property the voice at other end was arrogant and had to ask to lower the tone. Also basis the poor ratings and negative reviews of the property have chosen not to stay there. Pl arrange to refund the payments

The ladie welcoming us was very annoying. Never smiling. First time we faces such a situation in India. On the contrary, the rest of the staff was nice. But the hotel and the room ware dirty. A shame, because the situation is prettry central, there is a nice roof top, but it is too noisy.
