"This was our first place we stayed at in Italy and it was the best of all our stays. The property was absolutely beautiful. Located away from the busy, populated areas. The room was very spacious and clean. Stefano was so inviting and helpful in answering questions about the area. He also made a suggestion for dinner nearby which was a wonderful meal. "My only regret is that I didnt book a longer stay! We were warmly welcomed. Room was spacious and tidy. Everything worked. Common area had complimentary tea and wine. Lovely patio also. Close to sights on a historica lane. Already want to go back to Ferrara. "

"The Hotel was nice and centrally located. No elevator. The breakfast was mediocre. They put us in a front room facing the street and neglected to tell us their was an electronic music disco across the street. with the bass thumping and music going until 1am. Every now and then the DJ would get on the mike it was hellacious. Then after 1am all the kids went out into the street which I failed to mention had an echo like the Grand Canyon.The revelry could be heard until 5am. I would not book a...

There was a great variety of food options at the breakfast buffet. The young woman who managed the desk and the breakfast was so kind and helpful!! She made our stay exceptional! "
