Loved the modern space and the amazing windows overlooking the lake! Loved the location also, so close to the lovely capital area of Madison, a short walk to the farmers market on Saturday! Perfect for game day weekend or visit to campus.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is amazing, we walked to bars and restaurants in Madison. We did get to meet Sam, enjoyed chatting with him. We would stay here again when visiting Madison.

Weekend in Madison

Great location. Short walk to the state capitol square for the farmers market & many restaurants close by. The only negative was the construction project going on out front of the building. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay!

Unit was perfect, especially if you're participating in or watching the IronMan 70.3 or 140.6 - clean unit in great shape - proximity to the lake and the Capitol.

Super awesome stay! Adorable spot. Great location. The Saturday farmers market was an huge pleasant surprise! Only complaint was the rooftop deck was very spidery! Lots of webs and spiders on the furniture. A quick clean with a leaf blower would make a huge difference!

Delightful stay...

Our family stayed at The Saddlery hotel to celebrate our son's birthday, who is a freshman at the UW Madison.We absolutely loved everything about this hotel. From the efficient check in/check out process, very clean and beautiful rooms, amazing Lake Monona view, each moment was delightful. Also the hotel has a very safe and secure environment. The only thing that I dislike was that 20 minutes before the check out the cleaning staff was knocking on the door and came inside. I think they should wait until the check out time.We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and stay there again. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Perfect location

Wanted a place near the square and this fit the bill. Lovely view of the lake just a couple blocks from the capital. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Rooftop patio was also nice. Only thing was you could hear your neighbors if they were loud. Was distracting- but overall a great place. There must have been someone with a kid above us as you could hear the Child running back and forth above us in the morning.

Great place in a great spot!

Really nice and spacious unit. Clean, safe, and well-maintained with a beautiful view of the lake. Property manager was responsive. The only thing was that there were three trains that went through late into the evening, right behind the property. Oh well, it certainly didn’t diminish our experience to any significant extent. We’ll be back!

Came for the Morgan Wallen concert with my family. Was really pleased with the property. Great view, patio, spacious condo, close to some restaurants downtown and uber ride to concert. Only negative is I found out day before that the condo doesn’t include a parking spot. They texted me the day before to ask if I wanted one. I was at work and it took me 45 mins to respond. They told me they were sold out and I’d have to park in parking garage. That turned out to be ok. $16 for over 24 hours in the garage is like free. Would stay here again.

Holiday visit

The unit was very clean Beautiful view of the lake Great location The reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was the lack of insulation/sound barrier between units It felt like the people above us just walked back and forth all day and moved chairs around - i know we had to be equally as annoying and no way to prevent it. One day we listened to a dog barking for several hours before we left. I also could hear people next door coughing. For that reason we ended up leaving during the day to spend it else where It also prevented us from wanting to have people over to our unit. We would stay there again - not during a holiday and i would also pay more to get on the 4th floor It so
