Staff was wonderful! Physically it was clean and nicely decorated. You have to ask for things like dishes, pots, coffee pot, toaster… So pretty bare bones. Breakfast is just a few muffins in a cupboard and bad coffee, so a few points off there. The price was right, I’d stay here again.

I loved that they had a stove top. That I did use and made a nice breakfast and dinner off of. The only thing I did not like that they did not have a ice machine. So if you go get a ice tray to make your own ice.

The room was nicely set up, Comfortable bed, and the staff was helpful. My only slight let down was the "breakfast". Muffins, nutri bars, oatmeal packets and coffee don't equal breakfast for me, but i didn't drop a star because there are so many good food options around it.

Good location. Room was clean but had an off odor. Later in evening we had a strong smell of fried grease that seem to be coming from another room into ours. Definitely a no frills hotel but price was reasonable.

Ok hotel, good location

We have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past at either this location or the building next door. This hotel can use some updates. Even though it's a "non smoking" hotel, the halls smell like cigarette smoke and marijuana. The bathroom sink in our room sprayed the whole sink and counter (you got wet every time you turned the faucet on). The only plus with this building is that the breakfast and coffee is located here (vs in the other building) so this time we didn't have to walk from one building to the other in the morning. The location is nice near the highway, gas station and Panera.

Decent room, just lacks proper cleaning.

We had to wait roughly 10 minutes for a front desk worker to arrive. Check-in went smoothly afterwards. The hallway reeked of cat urine to the point you had to cover your nose while walking through, and the room was average in decent condition. The water pressure was abysmal; I would rate it a 1/5. The A/C and exhaust fan in the bathroom were filthy. We had to open the windows because the air conditioning smelled horrible and was triggering our allergies. The bathroom had no ventilation because the exhaust fan was clogged, and it steamed up instantly. I would rate the stay a 1.5/5.

Clean rooms but in need of updates

The rooms are clean and the staff was friendly. The location and surrounding area are good. Its nice that they have a kitchen so you can bring your own food especially since breakfast offerings are sparce. This hotel is in need of updates and also general maintenance/deep cleaning. There are areas in the bathroom where paint is peeling, the exhaust vents are full of dust, the shower heads need to be descaled or replaced since water only comes out of a few holes. We've stayed here before and the hallways always smell like Marijuana. The only thing they had available for breakfast was coffee and oatmeal (no granola bars or muffins like they advertise). We've stayed here before when visiting family so we know "what to expect". If you're looking for a clean, reasonably priced hotel in a good location (that you're only going to be in the room to sleep) then this is a good choice. Hopefully the hotel will make some upgrades/general maintenance in the future.

Bare bones

No wifi No carpet - just cold floor Bare basics and old room Thin bed covering so cold. Matress was bouncy. 1 pillow each. Small tv and no streaming Breakfast was not good - gas station muffins, packets of oatmeal and Nutrigrain bars. Room was clean. You have to pick up plastic cups and plates and coffee maker from reception No ice

The room I was initially put in, the tv and phone didn't work. The staff was helpful and I was switched to another room. The second room was carpeted which I preferred the wood laminated floors in the first room, due to pets being allowed in the hotel. Carpented rooms are kinda gross for that. The drawers need cleaned out better. otherwise, the room was clean.
