"My nephew and I were there for two days and had a very nice stay."

"I booked 2 rooms online with 2 full beds in each and when I got there they only had one room available and they offered another room with a just a king. With the amount of ppl staying in each room( people that wouldn't share a bed together) it did not work out. Next when we got into the rooms, they were dirty(crums, dirt, dead bugs, dirty linens and the floors were nasty) one room didnt have electric and the others shower floor was caved in and weak/broken. Roaches were found(alive), was told we could use the pool then 15 minutes later they said no cuz it hasn't been maintained chemically or cleaned. The people that lived in the rooms at the hotel were very creepy and kept asking weirdly specific information about us.one of the workers sons was playing with a dead snake and kept dropping it on us from the floor above. Overall....very bad experience. I do not recommend."

"The front desk staff is the only reason I rated more than 1 star. Hear me out, this place is definitely not a place to stay for more than a night. We did to break up the drive to st pete from Atlanta and to visit Madison Blue Springs, this was the closest place to the park. The area it is in is very rundown. if you’re traveling with kids or just women definitely skip it’s mostly construction crews that work out of town and are staying for work, the very drunk man outside was sure to let us know. The rooms themselves have recently been renovated and are clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. Outside there were trash bags on the sidewalk and “breakfast” is bagels that have been put in ziplock bags and coffee or juice. Bottom line it’s not for families, my mother in law threatened to leave and pay memorial day rates at another hotel as soon as we pulled in. but my husband talked her down. We saw the springs, stayed the night and checked out by 7:30."

"When we arrived the night front desk lady was super nice but any other staff were rude and not helpful. The room was super hot and the paint was flaking off the walls and the bathroom door. Two of the 3 lamps were broken. The next morning the breakfast so so disgusting I videoed it and maybe I can upload the video. The pool doesn’t open until noon and closes at 9pm but a 11am check out so you can’t swim in the morning before leaving and that sucked.. but it’s whatever at this point, guess it was a place to sleep for a night.. breakfast was gravy soup, super watery box eggs, mini muffins Cheerios, no toast juice bagels waffles… 👎"

"Probably the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The first room they gave us was not cleaned. When we walked in the bed hadn’t been made and we actually thought someone was staying in there. The second room they gave us was clean, but had an extra mattress against the wall, a random table next to the bed and no Toilet paper. It was 2am and we were tired so we slept anyway. But we were scared the entire time."
