"The host Paulette and Simon were very accommodating. We arrived at 1:00am in the morning. I called them for direction to our lodging. They met us at our car with flashlights and friendly smiles. They checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything or wanted suggestions to places to eat etc.
The home was clean, quaint and historical ( build in 1700’s). Modern accommodation ( dish washer, washing machine). Vineyards surrounding us and a lovely pool.

"My wife, 7 year old daughter and I decided to have a 2 centre holiday in France, arriving to 4 degrees in Paris from Bangkok's 30 degrees. It was somewhat of a relief to arrive in Madiran at Le Prielle to a balmy 18 degrees. We were joined by my older children 16 & 17 from UK and so were 5 in total.
The Gite was superb providing more than we expected, with lots of living space and a great log burning stove in the living room, which heated the whole house - almost too hot!

"Tout s’est très bien passé et l’environnement est paisible et calme. Pour nous qui souhaitions assister au festival de Marciac, le lieu est un peu isolé et éloigné pour rentrer le soir. L’aménagement est minimaliste. Les chambres sont dans les combles avec velux (pas de fenêtre sur les beaux paysages). Une seule salle de bain pour 3 chambres …. Et pas de WC séparé … peu pratique quand on est 5 adultes. Pas de commerce proches même pour dépanner en produits de base. Mais les propriétaires sont...
