Booked this hotel in October for a December Stay. Arrived on check-in date only to find the hotel has been completely closed, no messages or no communications. Left me and my family stranded and was the worst booking I have made in my life as I’m an occasional traveller and have never experienced such situation with such terrible hotel. For any future bookings, buyers beware!!!

Not worth it
It was terrible. I was supposed to stay there for 3 days but had to check out the day after I checked in. I couldn’t stand the place, the bed sheets were dirty, the mattress on the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years, there were no toilet papers. The worst hotel experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there.

The worst experience, no hot water, only one power connection for fridge or cattle Did I mention smell, my God stinks Toilet looked like someone has the business and never flashed Air Conditioning set for 23, gets cold as 12 and then jumps like 33 degree C Know housekeeping for a week Have to ask for towels Just don’t have the time to write all details

Overall A comfortable Stay
Pros - Around 700-800 meters from Haram, A lot of Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi restaurants and people in near vicinity. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Newly constructed hotel therefore everything is quite up to the mark Cons - No concept of Room cleaning (Occupants have to keep room tidy), Keyed entry to rooms (No keyless), currently Construction work going on just astride hotel space which at times starts early in the morning (Just in case it hampers sleep), Carpets needs cleanliness

The hotel room is very nice and clean. I liked to stay here. Only issue I found the communication. Because of construction around the hotel, its longer distance to Masjid e Nawabi. Otherwise everything is ok.
