Highly recommended
Room and bathroom was very clean, beds were comfortable. Very near to Masjide Nabawi and ladies gate 26. Two very nice Pakistani restaurants were situated in the same building complex. We had room only. Cannot comment on breakfast or dinner etc. Overall very pleasant experience. Hope to stay at Darul Eiman Royal again in near future.

The staff & breakfast were good. The TV was out of order, the bathroom needs to be changed, lots of things need to be repaired or changed . The location is not that near by foot.the hotel looks like 5 stars hotel only in the recent& corridors. The hotel staff provide us by items which is offered by 5 stars hotels only upon asking them to bring them such us shower cap, white slippers, white toilet paper

The location is very close to the mosque and the hotel is clean and close to all kinds of shops. The breakfast buffet is very diverse and there are so many choices but the quality of the food could be better.

Don't make any booking in this hotel.
Totally upsetting.Booked through hotels.com and neither hotels.com nor we can contact them. No one picks up their so many phones and no one responds to their emails. We had some delays in our visa process and wanted to postpone our stay. In spite of receiving our email, the reception, when we arrived late, refused to let us in unless we paid the full amount for the day. Stayed there for 5 hours and will not stay nor recommend anyone to even book there. You will loose your money if you change your plans. We have booked 2 rooms and lost thousands of Dollars with them. Receptionist advised to contact the office during the day and when we returned home no one ever responded to our so many overseas calls. Hotels.com informed us that their policy is "No refund". What a tragedy that they have this policy in the City of the most beloved Prophet of Allah. Our booking was from 1st Jan- 5th Jan. 2019

Excellent Stay
Extremely impressed with Al Eiman Royal as a whole. It was my first time staying here and the staff were polite, professional and efficient. The condition of the hotel is very pleasant and comfortable. Even though i had booked a double room, the check in assistant offered to upgrade us to a triple room as we had an infant and would allow him more space! I would definitely consider ataying here again shpuld the price be right, just like it was this time.

First of all, on the front desk took huge time, because they could not locate the confirmation number. After about 15 minutes I was given the room keys. After getting into the room we find that two beds are fine normal but the others are small and not comfortable. The carpet was dirty and therefore, we keep on wearing our own in-room sleepers. The washroom was fine. After that, I went downstairs into the parking by myself to find the place and then accordingly re-requested to let my car in that took about half an hour to solve the issues and park my car finally. The praying mat was not available in the room. Checking out was very fast and was very helping. Wifi was fine but do not expect high signal strength and speed.

They rate themselves as 5 stars where they don't worth one star. They were very dirty rooms caridor & hotel receptionital area. Car park is a disaster . Food is so bad & tasteless .Dueity manager is careless..

I booked this hotel thinking breakfast was included, come there and then get told hotels.com are liars and that they only say breakfast is included just to get customers. The hotel is cash only, and they were giving us a hard time because we brought credit cards. The rooms were only cleaned on request, and it seemed as if they wouldnt bother asking us how are stay was.

WORST STAY IN MY LIFE
IN BRIEF BAD AND EVEN WORSE HOTEL I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. I went to Madina for visiting the Holly Mosque. My reservation was confirmed with credit card with breakfast included. When arrived the hotel reception was mess. Two local guys (one skinny dark skin guy and another middle eastern looking) were very rude and impolite in their attitude. I was denied reservation, telling me the Hotels.com is very bad website and their reservation is not accurate. Third young guy (Egyptian)sitting at the computer and speaks zero English as he said, he was even worst and even more rude. Finally I had to call UK from my USA phone which cost me about 70 USD to tell the customer service at hotels.com my problem. Hotel. com tried to call the hotel but no one picks up the phone. I am telling the Egyptian guy Hotels.com is calling you, he said I do not need to answer them. Finally after two hours I was given small room and denied Breakfast & Internet although they were paid for. I recommend removing the hotel from Hotel.Com website.

Check in was a problem. Had to wait for them to find booking and then provide room. When I made the booking I clearly booked with breakfast but when at hotel having breakfast with parents we had to leave because they said breakfast is not included. Staff was not pleasant at hotel.

Booked this room for my parents who were not happy with there stay. Complementary breakfast was promised at the time of booking but the hotel did not honor it. I always read reviews when making the bookings. Seems like this hotel had great review before April 2015, when I booked the hotel. Now it consistently has bad reviews. I hope the hotel can make the necessary adjustments to get it back together.

Prons: Close to Haram Multiple elevators Breakfast is good with a lot of varieties Parking is good. Cons: Check in is confusing and not guaranteed as reception had to check with another desk. Beakfast quality is not 5 star. Internet is at a cost
