I booked through Expedia but they couldn't find my booking, they kept me waiting for 3.5 hours. Expedia website shows checkin time 2:00, but hotel staff says it's 4:00pm. Expedia website shows wrong checkin time. They finally called a local agent who evidently manages the bookings made through Expedia and he came after 1 hour. They finally put me in a room which was dirty, poor quality blanket, no shower door, only 1 small toilet paper and couple of small towels. When we asked for a big towel to take shower, they said hotel management only approved small towels. After argument they finally gave towels and toilet paper. I never stayed poor hotel like that and I will not recommend this hotel. This is extremely bad hotel

First they did not find my reservation then I was referred to an Agent they said he handle my group where he complained about Expedia that they tells the travelers the Check in time is 2:00 PM while the actual check in time for the Hotel is 4:00 PM. This hotel is exclusively for Groups reservation not for individuals, Expedia should know that and not let us go through this nightmare Hotel. the Hotel is Filthy, disgusting not worth paying a penny. I blame Expedia for that they betrayed our trust of their service recommendation.

Beds were smaller but okay for one person. The room had a smell may be due to humidity. Hotel is near to Roza e Rasool (Opposite to Gate 3-5) so good for males but if you are travelling with females then from hotel to ladies gate (16-18, 25,29) within mosque it can be quite a walking distance. Plus not much food options on this side of the hotel except Albaiq which is like 700 meters or so and two Shuwarma options.

OK Hotel near to Haram
Fairly new hotel, nice and clean. Staff fairly helpful. Very near to Haram (mosque) only 5 minutes walk away. The 'Eastern Buffet' dinner on Thursdays was really good. It had good choice and was good value for money. Hotel foyer and room fairly small. Free WiFi not good. Many times there was no internet available, when it was available, it was extremely slow. Restaurant chair cushions were dirty and at breakfast time, the tables were not cleaned quickly.

The hotel is comfortable at best. They could not find our booking on arrival and were quite abrupt however attitude changed once the realised it was a booking via Hotels .com. The WIFI advertised is almost non existent and only worked when very few residents in hotel. The location is very close to Mosque however in the wrong side of the the complex for ladies. Overall it was a comfortable stay with a limited breakfast and Luke warm warer but I wouldn’t stay again.

Great location for Masjid (2 minutes from Gate 1), although Ladies' entrance is on the opposite side so be aware they will have a bit of a walk. All good for a budget hotel. Room and bathroom was clean and all functional although on the small side.

Average hotel far from Alharam for ladies
There were no mattress only double box with cover sheets. It makes you feel you are sleeping in wooden board. Towels are hard and greyish color even after we asked to replace them. My wife refused to take shower due to un available clean towels. Not pleasant hotel.. Internet is very slow

No free breakfast...do not be misled!
Worst experience at any hotel ever and we consider ourselves frequent travelers. The Hotels.com website stated free breakfast and due to timing issues we chose this hotel because of that ammenity. After arguing 1.5 hours with the front desk (who couldn’t speak a word of a English) and showing them Hotels.com receipt as they required, they still did not honor the free breakfast. They claim they don’t offer free breakfast to anyone regardless of booking method. It was awful! They have this issue daily with guests that book thru Hotels.com but are failing to do anything about it!

Nice hotel close to Prophet Muhammed (pbuh) mosque
First location which essential is one minute walk to the grand mosque. Hotel is new and new furniture. Staff is the best. Restaurant staff, cleaner etc are all very pleasant , cooperative and always their to help. Hotel is on gate 5a just beside medical centre (al safia) where treatment is free and quick.

Simply check in time had been mentioned on Expedia to be at 2:00 pm but actually this hotel check in time is 4:00 pm However the reception provided us a room at 2:45 pm after effort from us to convince them, that it’s mentioned 2:00 pm on Expedia.

clean hotel with very good location walk to Haram Nabawy,good breakfast with frindly staff. internet is very slow and disconnected many times and room service accepted. comfortable rooms but be carefull that some rooms beside bulding workshop and very noisy starting early morning but the hotel welcome to change the room for us. overall great location and value for money.

Mitarbeiter unfreundlich. Haben wir die schlechteste Zimmer angeboten.... Very loud ... near a generator where you hear just Motors the whole night. I asked for a change they did. I could notice the new room and the old room! The good thing, that hotel is near Masjed Al Rasool.

الخدمة جيدة مقابل المال ينقصه الاهتمام بالنواقص داخل الغرفة مثل الابجورة لم يكن موجود الغطاء والثلاجه لاتعمل وقمت بطلب الفني واتى واصلحها رلكنها عادت للعطل مرة اخرى ... وايضا المتاس كهرب الاجوره يطفي مع اي لم للسلك تقريباً وهذا خطر
