Fully renovated studio in autumn 2025, elegant and welcoming. A perfect nest for those seeking comfort, style, and convenience in every season.



Located in a quiet, traffic-free area with excellent thermal insulation—ideal for a warm and restful stay.



The entrance area is designed for mountain lovers, with dedicated space in the closet for skis, snowboards, boots, and jackets, keeping everything tidy and dry after the slopes.



The living area is modern and functional: the 160x200 cm memory foam sofa bed opens easily and is always ready. There’s also a 85x200 cm memory foam single pull-out bed, ideal for a third guest. Relax with the 50" LG smart TV connected to Wi-Fi. The space, finished in warm tones and wood, offers a cozy, contemporary atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after skiing or hiking, even with dinner at home.



The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4-zone induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.



The stylish bathroom features a large cement-effect shower, black fixtures, designer fittings, and a washer/dryer.



Extra comforts: electric shutters, integrated USB outlets, and dimmable LED lighting to set the perfect mood and maximize relaxation.



Great location: 150 meters from the ski slopes and "Larici" cable car ticket office, steps from the ice skating rink, and 100 meters from mini-market, pharmacy, and post office. At the start of the pedestrian area. Free public parking nearby.
