"Great Location with river view across all cottages. Great staff. AC is a huge let down as during his sunny days their AC is not able to keep the room cool which becomes difficult to manage from 12-4pm in the afternoon. Staff and service was great. "

"The resort is pretty , with lots of well maintained tropical plants, with just small number of mosquitoes. Lots of activities available. Food is very good. Checking checkout process was easy. Communicating with front desk was easy. Service is prompt and responsive. Only point to improve I would say is to make sure extras like lunch usage to be more easily electronically tracked and not lead to confusion by use only of paper tick marks etc. "
