"As a mom traveling with a toddler… it was my worst nightmare getting into bed at midnight after a long drive only to find out that both beds were infested with bed bugs. I found this out after I put my son to bed. I had to wake my son up at midnight, book another hotel and had to pack up our belongings right away. The staff was very understanding and apologetic offering me another accommodation but after the amount that I saw…I had to leave."

"The first room actually had bugs in the bed that looked like bedbugs. I told the front desk. They tried to give me the room next to the 1st room. I said no. Then they tried to give me 2 rooms away. I said no. Then they tried to give me the room right under the infested room. I said no. The front desk lady texted the manager who gave me a room at the opposite end of the hotel. The room I ended up with was very clean."
