"The staff felt like you were at Motel 8"

"BE CAREFUL* BE SAFE* Go somewhere else! During my stay, several staff members reported that the new management company is not paying them and that there is no longer an on-site manager. Therefore, I did not receive any services (room cleaning or bed change). Many long-term guests worked behind the counter, helped new guests, and cleaned the rooms. The credit card and personal information of guests are not safeguarded because long-stay guests were going in and out of the staff office and helping the housekeeping staff with cleaning rooms. "

"Room was clean, breakfast had a good variety of breakfast items. Room was large and all the staff I interacted with in different shifts was nice and professional. "

"There was no one available at the front desk and there was a sign posted that said my reservation had been canceled and they apologize for any inconvenience. Since I arrived at about 9:15 p.m. I had no place to stay overnight and had to find another place. They had a telephone number for you to call if you arrived when the desk was closed however no one answered that phone. I ended up staying at another hotel 15 miles away."

"This is a great hotel! It seems fairly new, is VERY clean, breakfast was decent, and the amenities (workout room, pool) were great. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. We had no issues during our stay, and we would definitely stay again."

"Everything was great for the most part. My boyfriend and I stayed there for a night and tried the pool. It was fantastic, although the hot tub wasn’t available. The staff was great when we checked in, but the ones who were there when we left were a bit rude. I don’t really mind that, though. The breakfast was okay. We had waffles and boiled eggs, but we really wished the egg omelet was scrambled eggs instead. Also, the peppers were a bit too much for us. Not everyone wants that. Maybe on the side Overall, I would definitely stay again. I would give it an 8.5 out of 10. "
