"Positives : We loved the position overlooking Lake Iseo - if you like walking its 25 mins into Predore (mostly pavement) to the local ferry terminal or 50 mins the other way (all pavement) into Sarnico - great place at the end of the lake for eating/shopping. We stayed in the Rivale junior suite with was lovely and spacious and the air con was fabulous and much needed ! Breakfast buffet decent but same every day. "The hotel offers free parking including which was great for my family travelling with a car. The room and toilet was clean. The breakfast was simple but adequate. Our room was facing the train tracks so it sometimes was a bit noisy when trains passed by. "

"this property has so much potential but the lack of service and care to our stay was disappointing. we waited over 30 minutes in reception and no one showed. I had to go behind the reception and use their phone to try to call someone. no appologies just told they were on a break. later that evening the ceiling leaked, water was all over the floor and again there was no one in reception to help. We assumed it was the air con (which was on prior to our arrival) so we turned it off, mopped up...

"The place is beautiful. Definitely a palace. Very big rooms. Sparkling clean. But it is geared at event hosting more than as a hotel. No lobby. No bar. If there is an event - no restaurant and no room service. No cofee maker or kettle in the room. No coffe available at the hotel except for breakfast. Breakfast buffet was good, but waited 7 minutes in line for the only coffee machine. "
